Refund & Returns Policy
At Upgrade, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help with a smooth return or refund process.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return under the following conditions:
1. The product must be returned within 3 to 7 days of delivery.
2.The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
3.A valid reason for return must be provided (e.g., wrong product delivered, damaged item, defective unit, etc.).
4.Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
1. Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
2.Product is used or shows signs of wear.
3.The return is initiated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
4.Items purchased under final sale or clearance categories.
Return Process
Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and issue details.
1. Our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping instructions.
2.Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Refund Process
1.Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days after product inspection.
2.Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
3.In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will contact you to collect your bank account details for the refund.
Warranty & Replacement
All our branded products come with a 1-year warranty (via GST invoice).
For warranty claims after 7 days, customers must contact the brand’s authorized service center.
