1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

Refund for Cancelled Orders

1. If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation approval.

3. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation of bank details.

Any shipping or delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will be refunded if the order is cancelled before shipment.
